Known Issues

Acronis Snap Deploy Management Console cannot connect to an Agent installed on a Windows Vista/7/Server 2008
machine with the UAC enabled. Workaround: disable the User Account Control (UAC).
The "Acronis Remote Agent" is not restarted after installation of Acronis Universal Deploy if the UAC in
enabled. Workaround: disable the User Account Control (UAC) or run the installation file as an administrator
(right-click on the file, then select “Run as administrator”).
Acronis Snap Deploy License Server and Acronis Snap Deploy Management Console installed on a Windows 7/Server
2008 machine ask for credentials when connecting to a local machine.
Impossible to install Acronis Snap Deploy Agent, if Acronis Backup & Recovery Agent has been already installed
on this machine.
