Known Issues
The 'Collect system information' option does not work on Windows Server 2003 x64 Editions and Windows XP professional SP2+ x64 Edition.
In Linux media, it is impossible to save log and other support information to an FTP or SFTP server.
It is impossible to save log information in Linux media with Linux-like representation.
The 'Change cluster size' operation is applicable only for the volume's free space.
If you change the drive letter of a USB disk in Linux media, the operation will successfully complete. However, in a live operating system, a drive letter change will not appear, if this letter was previously assigned to another drive for example CD, DVD, or BD drives.
It is impossible to move any of four primary volumes within the same disk.
After creating a volume on USB flash drive in WinPE media, the USB drive is shown as offline and Non formatted. Reconnecting the USB flash drive solves this issue.
Locking the operating system during Acronis Disk Director task executions will result in an empty 'Tasks Information' window.
The 'Replace column' operation via resynching of a RAID-5 volume fails with an 'Unknown Win32 error'. Do not start the 'Replace column' operation until the resynching is completed.
In Linux media, merging the system volume with a FAT32 empty volume completes with the 'Failed to mount the file system" warning in the log. The operation itself completes successfully.
Converting a Primary volume to Logical and back completes with the loss of the drive letter. After this operation, you have to set a drive letter to the volume manually.
